The last date to apply online through online Portal i.e. is 31 st August, All the eligible students are advised to apply online for the scholarship. Any student who could not apply online can also apply offline (application form attached). Those students who have applied for the scholarship have to submit the hard copy of the form in the Academic Branch at the earliest with copy of the relevant documents. For any query students may write at or send their queries on whatsapp number The Instruction and application form for the students is given at page No. 02 to 05 respectively. The student are also advised to submit the duly filled undertaking (at page No 06) in the Academic Section of the Institute with the scholarship form. The applicant don't need to post the application or document to the Foundation at the initial stage. 2. After successful registration, the student will receive an confirmation on the registered emalild alongwlth copy of application form submitted to the Foundation. All the communication from the Foundation will be sent to the registered ID. The students are advised to check the atleast once a week for the Scholarship updates. 3. There are two stages in selection process, I Stage - Registration for Scholarship II Stage - Submission of required documents of Short listed Candidates THE STUDENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE COPIES OF CERTIFICATES AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. 5. After online registration, the SDEF will contact shortlisted students on the basis of merit and needs. 6. In stage II, the shortllsted candidates will be asked to submit the detailed application along with copies of required certificates. 7. The shortlisted candidates should submit an essay on 500 words in his own handwriting in Hindi or in their mother tongue. The topic of the essay is "About Challenges You Have Faced in Life and How You Have Responded to Them". 8. The shortlisted candidates will submit a page listing your most important activities and achievements, including academic honors, community service, work experience and extracurricular activities.
