2 July, 2018 An Invitation to 8th Asia-Oceania Mass Spectrometry Conference (AOMSC 2020) We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor at the joint conference of the 8th Asia-Oceania Mass Spectrometry Conference (AOMSC 2020) - The Art and Science of Mass Spectrometry, from Fundamentals to Applications, being held January 5 to 7, 2020, at the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China Delegates will have an opportunity to network and interact with an elite group of presenters fostering new collaborations. In addition, participants will view exhibitor showcases displaying state-of-the-art technology that would assist with their research. As the title suggests, topics will be broadly themed, ranging from fundamentals, instrumentation, and ion spectroscopy to biomedical and clinical aspects of mass spectrometry. There are a number of opportunities for vendors to meet with attendees and exhibit their products and services. The conferences will also explore opportunities for international collaboration by engaging scientists, trainees, government agencies and industry partners. Conference Registration. Please refer to your sponsorship level for number of complimentary passes. All other corporate attendees must be registered through the conference website. 5. Cancellation Policy. Cancellation of exhibit booth, or other sponsorship before August 1, 2019: Company will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of cost of booth or sponsorship. Cancellations after August 1, 2019: No refunds. 6. All sponsors and exhibitors are required to have appropriate insurance in place. In addition, please ensure that AOMSC 2020 and ETP Symposium Inc. are added as a named Additional Insured. 7. These rules and regulations are designed in the best interests of all conference attendees. 8. The undersigned hereby acknowledges all the rules and regulations associated with the AOMSC 2020 Conference. A 50% deposit is required to hold your sponsorship booth selection and is to be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice from AOMSC To maintain priority in your selection please make sure payment of the deposit is made within the specified time frame.
