This promotion is also subject to the conditions: They will not claim seniority above their seniors, who have not been prottloted at present due to disciplinary proceedings under Rule -7 of Punishment and Appeal itules, 1987 pending againit them or for want of completion of record or whcr have not uppii"d for piomotion, and they will be reverted to the post of Staff Nurse without giving any notice.
