THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT PCS: Assessment Services Counselor Position #FC Full time position will provide clinical assessments for the agency, crisis services and maintain a small outpatient counseling caseload in Franklin County. This is a multi-faceted position that requires licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license eligible with preferred two years of experience working with individuals with mental illness (SMI, SED, At Risk) and/or substance use services. DD Services Assistant- Position# CS Provide support for services in DD Support Coordination & Case Management programs for adults and children in Martinsville/Henry County with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Provide community, clinic, and home based ancillary services in support of implementation of the case management service plan to individuals and families. A Bachelor s degree in human services or related field preferred. Knowledge of developmental disabilities, assessment and service plan development desirable. Must be computer literate. 2 Emergency Services Clinician (Contract)- Position #CL PCS is recruiting individuals in Martinsville and Rocky Mount to provide behavioral health crisis intervention services on a contractual basis. Overnight and evening shift available. Compensation includes an hourly training rate, flat rate per 8-hour shift and additional compensation per face-to-face evaluation and case disposition. Virginia licensure (LPC, LCSW or LCP) preferred. Master s degree sufficient for professional licensure is required. Human Resources Administrative Specialist Position #AD-13 Works with the HR Director to provide services and support to staff. Duties include, but not limited to: assisting with the hiring process, performance review process, maintaining training documentation, FMLA, as well as federal reporting. Associates degree required; Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience or certification. Applicant would work in Intermediate Care Facility program in Martinsville, VA serving adults whose primary diagnosis is intellectual disabilities. Duties include training in independent living skills, personal care skills, housekeeping skills, and recreational & leisure activities in the home and in the community. Position will include evening and/or weekend hours. Must have the ability to multi-task and document clearly. High school diploma or GED required. Residential experience required. ICF ID/DD Program Manager Position #CS Program Manager needed for Intermediate Care Facility in Martinsville, VA serving adults with intellectual disabilities. Duties include developing & implementing ICF-IID programming, aide with individual service plans, providing training and supervision of ICF-IID staff. Supervision experience preferred. Experience with ICF-IID Medicaid regulations, Life Safety Codes and Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services regulations preferred. Effective organization & time management skills and ability to multi-task is desired. Evening hours will be required. A Bachelor s degree in human services or related field with at least one-year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities required. ICF-MR/ID experience preferred. 3 Mental Health Outpatient Therapist Position #PC Full time Outpatient Therapist position in Patrick County to provide mental health outpatient therapy to children, adolescents and adults with mental illness. Applicant must be licensed (LPC, LCSW, etc.) or licensure eligible in the state of Virginia. A minimum of two years experience working with individuals with mental illness (At-Risk, SED, SMI) is preferred. Salary is commensurate with appropriate education and experience as it relates to the position. PACT RN Position #CL Nurse needed to serve as a member of the Program of Assertive Community Treatment multidisciplinary team. This position will be responsible for assessing physical health needs, making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist; and providing a range of treatment and support services. Will also provide direct case management services to individuals, conduct medication education, and complete necessary documentation. RN required with one-year experience working with SMI diagnosis. (Martinsville, VA) Peer Support Specialist Position # CRP Full time position with the Community Recovery Program in Martinsville assisting individuals in residential recovery programs by creating recovery and wellness plans, linkage to community resources, collaboration on recovery oriented activities and experiences, and providing support with employment and other meaningful activities. The applicant must be a self-identified individual with a lived experience in substance use or has experienced a family member with a substance use disorder. A high school diploma or GED is required. Certified Peer Support Specialist in good standing is preferred or person willing to seek certification. Must have a valid driver s license and good driving record. Psychiatrist/Medical Director Position #CL Seeking a service-oriented Psychiatrist, Board Certified in Virginia, to provide behavioral health care to individuals enrolled in the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), and to serve as Medical Director for the agency. PCS provides a continuum of behavioral health and developmental services to children and adults. This position will work with PCS leadership to ensure that psychiatric services are effective, efficient, and delivered with compassion. The position also provides oversight of other agency prescribers, including Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and tele-psychiatry providers. Primarily a Third Shift position including weekend hours. Must have the ability to work well on a diverse team. High school diploma or GED is required. School Based Mental Health Case Manager Position #FC Provide case management to youth enrolled in the Franklin County Public School system. Position is responsible for ensuring that youth receive services to assist them in accessing the needed medical, psychiatric, social, education and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs. Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in human services or related field is preferred with one-year experience of direct care or any equivalent combination of training, skills and abilities as defined by DMAS. Experience working with children is preferred. Substance Abuse Counselor Position #CL Full time position responsible for the delivery of a Substance Abuse outpatient group in the Martinsville office. Applicant must be licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and have at least 1 year of experience in working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders.
