2 Neonatal Certification Review For the RNC-NIC & Neonatal CCRN Exams SouthPoint Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Nevada October 1 & 2, 2018 This course has been designed for nurses desiring to take and successfully pass either the RNC-NIC certification offered by the National Certification Corporation or the Neonatal CCRN offered by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. This course covers both basic and advanced concepts of pathophysiology and the management of disease processes. Attendee syllabus includes test-taking strategies, study tips, and systems review. Course Objectives To prepare the attendee to take and successfully complete either the Neonatal RNC NIC or CCRN exam. Attendees will utilize critical thinking to integrate knowledge, skills and abilities to enhance practice in the neonatal intensive care environment. Attendees will be able to summarize appropriate nursing interventions and management of common disease processes seen in the neonatal care environment. Who Should Attend? Rogelet, DNP, MBA/HCM, RN, CCRN, RNC-NIC Keri has presented national programs for neonatal certification, developmental care, and the Pediatric CCRN. Keri co-authored the Neonatal Certification Review for the CCRN and RNC-High Risk Examinations & the Pediatric CCRN Certification Review. She is a DNP Neonatal CNS graduate from Rush University. In addition, Keri works as the NICU Clinical Practice Coordinator and neonatal transport program director in a Level III NICU. Keri is an NRP Trainer for the American Academy of Pediatrics and a lead instructor for the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program. Professional affiliations include Sigma Theta Tau, the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, National Association of Neonatal Nurses & the Academy of Neonatal Nurses.

Group discount: three or more attendees via mail in or phone registration only. All registration forms must be complete and within the same envelope or phone call to receive discount of $25 per person. Hospital Purchase Orders must be received with registration by September 17, 2018 and include the P.O. number, invoice address, course fees, approval signature, with contact s name, address and phone number. Registrations may not be shared. Out of consideration to registrants, children of any age and spouses not registered for the program may not attend. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration without cause by notifying Pro Ed in writing via before September 17, Cancellations received before September 17, 2018 will be refunded in full, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations received on or after September 17, 2018, once the conference begins or for "no shows." By completing the registration form and submitting payment to Pro Ed via mail, online, via phone or in person, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to adhere by the policy. Cancellations must be made by or mail in writing by or mail to Pro Ed and acknowledge by Pro Ed (postmarked before September 17, 2018). Returned checks will be subject to a $50 non-refundable processing fee. If this program is cancelled by Pro Ed, liability is limited to a full refund of registration fees or the attendee may transfer registration to another Pro Ed program within a two year calendar period. Substitutions/Transfer of Registration In the event that you are unable to attend the program, your registration may be transferable at Pro Ed s discretion at no additional charge. You must complete the Neonatal Certification registration form for the individual who will be replacing you. or mail completed form along with written notice authorizing the substitution to Pro Ed. Requests for substitution must be received by Pro Ed by September 17, 2018 to allow time for processing. Tax Deductibility Expenses incurred for training, tuition, travel, lodging and meals to maintain or improve professional skills may be TAX DEDUCTIBLE. Consult your tax professional.
