These goals were met while at the same time increased enrollment by 50%. Director responsibilities included the administration of all undergraduate programs traditional BSN, online RN to BSN completion, and oversight of La Crosse campus. Other duties were faculty development, honors program, student issues and faculty issues. Served on numerous committees: Undergraduate Program Committee, Admissions, Progression and Appeals Committee, Men Engaged in Nursing, Reaccreditation Task Force, Workload Task Force as well as many other task forces and ad hoc groups. Academic/teaching responsibilities include N332 Essentials of Family Centered Perinatal and Pediatric Nursing, N219 Clinical Nursing 1 and multiple guest lectures in various courses. Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Faculty Recruitment and Development, March Samuel Merritt University, School of Nursing, Oakland, CA Academic position teaching the following courses: Undergraduate pediatric theory and clinical, graduate pediatric theory and clinical, graduate and undergraduate research, and undergraduate leadership.
