This idea is based on the diversional therapy, which is a concept that originated in Australia. This approach allows providing new types of services. The Company gives GFCs the training to devise and implement many types of programs, such as concert outings and travel, that can be a source of enjoyment for customers. These coordinators are also skilled at creating living spaces and environments that are more comfortable and pleasant. 21
