6 You will note our records show we have not been able to identify any apprentices recruited into the Trust. I can advise we have recruited three so far within this financial year. If any information is sought regarding these positions, please submit a new request. Furthermore, I can advise that the Trust currently runs an internal apprenticeship programme whereby existing staff on AFC bands 1-4 (and some volunteers) are able to apply for apprenticeships internally to enable staff to gain formal qualifications.
