7 Educational Activities Over 300 online training courses available to LIDDAs and Providers using Relias Learning Collaborating with PASRR to provide quarterly trainings Hosted Person Centered Thinking training for LIDDAs Presented a training on the prevention of challenging behaviors at the regional AAIDD conference in Houston Held an Autism and IDD Conference at Memorial Herman Hospital in Sugar Land. Presentations focused on prevention of problem behaviors, effective intervention strategies, and selecting and teaching new skills to increase independence.
8 Technical Assistance Trainings have included: Evidence-based Practices and the National Standards Project ABA Treatment for Children with Autism Professional & Ethical Compliance Suicide Prevention Training
9 Case Reviews We have received and participated in a total of 22 case referrals. The referral form was integrated into our website to provide easy access to providers and LIDDA staff. The majority have come from LIDDA employees, but we have recently received a few directly from providers. The response to each referral has varied, due to a wide range of presenting problems.
10 Upcoming Activities Attending several networking events and conferences to continue to spread information about the services we offer to providers Presenting trainings for 3 organizations in our hub area that have requested technical assistance. Attending and presenting at the AAIDD Texas Convention in San Antonio Hosting 2 SafePlace trainings (trainer and community) for our hub area in August Presenting with the other hubs again at the PACSTX Conference in Galveston in September

Provided the opportunity for each LIDDA to have Lippincott to provide the most current evidencedbased material that is consistent with best practices.
23 Case Review CSCT (Cross-Systems Consultation Team)meetings held weekly for case reviews. Referral forms have been provided for each LIDDA and the area providers. Continued collaboration with START, Continuity of Care, Enhanced Service Coordination, and Diversion Coordinator.
24 Developing a Direct Support Professional Curriculum to assist providers in their training of new staff. Training being established in October with Dr. Jill Hinton of Center For START Services with our County Hospital and their nurses. Developing Curriculum on Healthy Eating and Wellness Training established with MCOT/ICARE as well and numerous Behavioral Health Teams at MHMR Tarrant. We hope to expand this to our other LIDDAS. Professional Learning Community The Road to Recovery Training: Supporting Children with IDD who have experience trauma. Meaningful Days Training: Interactive Training on how to implement more community Integration and inclusive practices to help align with CMS requirements of community integration.
