After much discussion, we believe the following two steps will allow our room block to more effectively accommodate our membership: 1) The attendee s first step is to register for the conference with MHA. Please register for the conference by going online at or completing and returning the form to the MHA staff. The attendee will then receive either a confirmation or invoice from MHA. At that time, the registration is complete. Payment for all registrations is due prior to the conference. 2) The attendee s second step is to make a hotel reservation. You can call the above number with the MHA room code: MHA or use the registration link on our website, with the MHA room code MHAMHAA. When the attendee makes his/her room reservation with the Grand, the first night s stay for each room reserved will automatically be charged to the credit card provided by the attendee. This one-night charge is non-refundable. It is our hope that these two easy steps will allow our room block to accommodate all of our members room needs.
