10 Prescription Drug Monitoring Program PDMP Rule ND Administrative Code Title 50 Article 5 Chapter 2 Every practitioner with a drug enforcement agency registration number shall register with the prescription drug monitoring program. If granted access through NDHIN, you have SSO access to the PDMP if you are a provider with subscribing authority or a pharmacist MUST register through the ND Board of Pharmacy for a PDMP account Defer to licensing board if access through NDHIN meets new rule requirements for access to PDMP for all patients Auditing Report is complaint driven
