10 Medication Training 2 Course Aims & Objectives 1 Overview Approx ½ day This is a combined course designed for healthcare professionals, who in the course of their duties may have to administer medicine and need to either refresh their skills or wish to learn more about medication. At the end of the course attendees will be familiar with current legislation, drug categories, labelling, prescriptions, drug administration and the accompanying paper work. Attendees will also be involved in demonstrations on the administration of tablets, capsules, creams, ointments, fluids, inserting drops to ear, nose, or eye and inhaled medication.
