5 The Master of Hospital Administration(MHA) program aims to develop a cadre of professional managers in the hospital and healthcare sector. The program provides training to the students for analyzing the responsibility and operations of a healthcare organization, to identify and resolve problems and improve performance. The program also exhibits training in ability to summarize the opportunities and challenges presented in the health care industry. The MHA degree program helps in applying knowledge and understanding of healthcare administration in the areas of hospitals and health care planning and operations. Students are able to define, summarize concepts in Healthcare Management with an inter-disciplinary focus in the fields of Management, Health Economics, Medico-Legal regulations, Human Resource management, Health Insurance and specialized Hospital Planning and Operations in a dynamic healthcare environment. She was director of medical services at Moolchand Medicity and also Founder & executive director at Astramed consulting firm.
