2 AHACs Aboriginal Health Access Centres (AHACs) are Aboriginal community-led, primary health care organizations. They provide a combination of traditional healing, primary care, cultural programs, health promotion programs, community development initiatives, and social support services to First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities. There are currently 10 AHACs in Ontario, providing services both on and off reserve, in urban, rural and northern locations.

4 Vision A healthy balanced life through mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. Mission To empower Aboriginal families and individuals to live a balanced state of well-being by sharing and promoting wholistic health practices.
5 Wholistic, Integrated Care Services for the whole person (Body, Mind, Emotions, Spirit) Social Determinants of Health with emphasis on culture Team approach (Doctors, NPs, Nurses, Counsellors, Social Workers, Dietitians, Community Workers, Physiotherapy, Psychiatrists, CYWs )
