1 Compliments Received in January 2018 SDU Team Comment Adult Mental Health Wyre Forest Home Treatment Team X has been seen by the Wyre Forest Home Treatment Team for the past week. We feel she had a lot of support and help from the team which has been invaluable. Adult Mental Health Keith Winter House I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what an amazing staff nurse X is she is caring, friendly, supportive, non-judgemental and genuinely a nice person. Adult Mental Health Wyre Forest Home Treatment Team Home Treatment came to the ward quickly assessed me and answered my questions, engaged me to have confidence in myself and raise concerns and ask questions. Adult Mental Health CARS North From the time X met with her she just felt supported because she didn t know where to go or what to do. She said that X had come into her life when her son was at his worst and she was at her wits end and X just turned everything around for them. Adult Metal Health Wychavon Home Treatment Team I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to them, I have been so unwell and thought that I was going to literally lose everything. They have been so patient, so kind and so helpful and I have now been able to return to work, and thanks to them I have lost nothing. Adult Mental Health CARS North Redditch Staff have always been lovely over the years and really helped me a lot, Thank you. Adult Mental Health CARS North Redditch She goes up and beyond the care of duty I feel like I can talk to her about anything. All the staff at Orchard Place are amazing. Adult Mental Health Hadley Unit I cannot praise the unit enough, they were caring, consistent, reassuring and listened. My son felt safe there and I had every faith in their practice.

Your letters for the army have been great I am hopeful X will be reconsidered. I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for the kindness and compassion you shared with my daughter and me. You visited 3 nights in a row- always supportive and kind even in the middle of the night. Lymphodema Service The Lymphodema service is excellent! From the booking for the appointment to the standard of care received. Quality, professional service at all times. Big Thanks. Thank you to X from patient s relative complimenting member of staff how lovely he was with communicating to him about his diagnosis of dementia and advising him on how to stay safe within his home. District Nursing Team Redditch Family of deceased patient were very grateful for all of the district nursing care and support given to the patient and the family at a very sad time. They were grateful that we supported them at home through her palliative illness. 5 Ms Nursing You supported X and me for so many years, through so many difficult times and I cannot thank you enough. Your moral support was invaluable and you knowledge of all things MS. Your wisdom helped us through. Community Care South Occupational Therapy Worcester X is really understanding on a level with patients, she is wonderful and does stand out from the crowd. It was a really positive experience and she was so kind, I would like her to be recognised for her hard work and kindness. Specialist Primary Care Dental Access Centre Kidderminster Receptionist was very helpful & when l eventually got to see the Dentist she was very reassuring & explained everything to me & put me at ease

She removed my bad tooth with no fuss or pain (well maybe a little pain but that was the injection). May I say a big thank you to those 3 lovely ladies who made my trip to the dentist a pleasure. Dental Access Centre Kidderminster The receptionist was very helpful & the dentist was very reassuring. He did an excellent job & made me feel very calm. A great dental practice. Thank you all. Specialist Primary Care Dental Access Centre Worcester The dentist and her assistant were brilliant and caring and ensured I had minimal pain in the process.
