3 CONCEPT The President s Commission on Care for America s Returning Wounded Warriors July 2007 Immediately create comprehensive patient-centered recovery plans for every seriously wounded service member, including those wounded since the beginning of the OEF/OIF conflicts who might still benefit from a recovery plan. 9 CLIENT DEMOGRAPHICS FRCP Active Client Data as of March 1, 2018: 226 active clients: 81 (36%) are Active Duty; 145 (64%) are Veterans; 89 (39%) Army; 54 (24%) Navy; 51 (23%) Marines; 30 (13%) Air Force; and 3 (01%) Coast Guard 193 (85%) Active Component and 33 (15%) National Guard, Reserve, or other; 174 (77%) are assigned to a wounded warrior program. 3,361 clients from 2008 present. 9
10 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA In an acute care setting within a military treatment facility; Diagnosed or referred with one or more of the following: Spinal Cord Injury Burns Amputation Visual Impairment Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Considered at risk for psychosocial complication; Self or Command referred based on perceived ability to benefit from a recovery plan. 10
