During transport, pt. assessment was performed, and vitals (x2) were taken. About 15 minutes into transport, pt. fell asleep and remained asleep until we arrived at our destination. Nebulized albuterol given and pt. reports no changes. IV access unsuccessful. Upon arrival, pt. condition was unchanged.
