Further, it is informed that mere calling for counseling is not entitled for transfer since in each cadre 20% of the cadre strength needs to be transferred. Hence, it is requested to communicate the same to the individuals who have applied for transfers and who have completed (5) years of service in all categories in the particular station with a request to attend them for counseling without fail.
