A replacement of City of Toronto s Neighbourhood Action Plan that involved targeted work in 13 priority neighbourhoods In place between 2005 and 2013 Introduced in 2014 through the Toronto Strong Neighbourhood Strategy 2020 by the City of Toronto to undertake targeted work in 31 neighbourhoods with low neighbourhood equity score
