2 Type of work to expect and learning opportunities Emergency Medicine. You will have dedicated teaching sessions on one day a month (alternating Tuesday and Thursday). There will be senior support on the shop floor 24 hours a day'. The Emergency department has 16 junior doctors and 9 middle grade supported by 7 Consultants. You will be allocated to different areas of the department (resuscitation room, HDU, majors areas, paediatrics, minor injuries) by the senior doctors on shop floor. You will have dedicated teaching session on Tuesday between hours. There will be senior support on shop floor 24 hours a day.
