10 2013 Recommendations Entité 4 made 5 recommendations to CE 4 were implemented 1 is under review At least 80% of recommendations were implemented

What can be leveraged and applied elsewhere? We need to deliver by: Adapting existing services to meet francophone needs Developing new services or products through collaborative projects
