Youth Need: I have two jobs so flexibility is important for me. Opportunity: How might we plan orientations or scaffold paperwork requirements to be as simple and engaging as possible? Activities: - Attend class and practice skills - Complete assignments - Take tests Youth Need: Classes are sometimes boring and no one really cares about how I am doing or whether I am making progress." Opportunity: How might we provide challenging content in an environment where students feel supported and encouraged? Activities: - Check progress towards graduation - Make a postsecondary plan - Get job experience Youth Need: I d like to go to college, but feel lost about all the paperwork and funding required and when I should start working on all that.
