8 NURSING REGULARITY BODY Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) was formed after the constitution of 1973 PNC started as regulatory body for: All provinces of Pakistan to regulate the Provincial Examination Boards i.e.: NWFP NEB SNEB PNEB Balochistan NEB PNC became member of International Council of Nursing (ICN) 7
