From the decision for surgery to discharge from a medical facility and beyond, the PSH model of care is structured to improve patient care and outcomes. This two-day Summit offers a more in-depth look at the PSH model and includes didactic lectures, roundtable and panel discussions, encouraging collaboration and discussion about the application of concepts. Participants will learn how the PSH model improves the patient experience, makes surgical care safer and more efficient, and lowers institutional costs. World-renowned experts will share theories about the PSH model, implementation strategies and how to apply basic physiological concepts into clinical practice.
