The Ombudsman volunteers help residents and their families understand and exercise their rights to quality of care and quality of life. Page 3
4 Senior Medicare Patrol The Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) program trains retired professionals to recognize and report health care fraud. This program empowers seniors by increasing their understanding of the health care system and Medicaid rules to help them protect themselves and other seniors from Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse.
