Even the secretaries are well-trained to deal with the patient s difficulties too, especially during the day-time hours as they are first port of call when things go wrong offering real assuring words of comfort. Thank you for providing a five star experience and Comp 253 Adult Mental Health Home Treatment Team Comp 254 Adult Mental Health Home Treatment Team Comp 255 Community Appointments, Malvern Community Hospital Comp 256 Children and Families Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service - North Worcestershire service. My key worker was caring, empathetic and professional at all times. I feel the support I received at Hill Crest and at home was paramount to my recovery, thank you. Excellent, professional and caring staff, who spent time with me. I felt comfortable; they fitted around my time scale, just wonderful. Very helpful. They spent as long as I needed, I never felt rushed. It was excellent. Very helpful and genuinely trying to do her best to get the earliest appointment. I must say that at such a time of concern for my mother's wellbeing the nurse was like a breath of fresh air and a welcome sight each time she visited. Thank you for all the support, advice and comfort you have given me. I am so thankful this service is available to us. I rely on this care, due to having MS, making my life more normal. There is nothing like having good, comfortable toothcare. My dentist and their nurse are marvellous at achieving this. They're skill is brilliant, especially when taking into consideration a lack of surgery equipment. Please let this marvellous service continue. Having just moved to the area I had not registered with a dentist I needed a dentist ASAP...no appointment necessary here, I was seen within the hour by very friendly and helpful staff and dentist. Service was brilliant would thoroughly recommend. Thank you. thank you so much for giving me the gift of encouragement and hope during difficult times She has literally single handedly turned her life around and I am so grateful for the support. Daughter of patient left message for the Nurse thanking her for all her hard work. Wife of patient thanked the Nurse and Physiotherapy for getting her husband into hospital Member of the public had friends recently stay with him who were from Germany and they needed to use the Minor Injuries Unit. Gentleman said they wanted him to pass on their sincere thanks to the staff, He also said the NHS receives so much negative criticism and today 'he too' as received an excellent service and reassurance. You have explained things so clearly, now that I understand my problem better I feel I can help and take on the management more long-term. I feel like I have been given a second lease of life thank you for the treatment and help. I really appreciate all you have done to help, thank you. I have managed to continue at home with your help. Thank you card expressing words are not enough to show gratitude to patient & family. Thank you card for the amazing care, comfort & overwhelming support demonstrated during such a sad & difficult time. The talk was levelled in a frank and honest manner whilst minimising too much graphic description appropriate to the age group of the girls. The girls feedback of the talk was positive and they left with a clear understanding of the key points discussed and the risks that are associated with sexting both personally and legally. X was a fantastic speaker and she adapted her manner in a friendly and approachable way which the girls reacted well to
