3 Multiple Data Elements Race Designations You now have the option to select one or more racial designations. Support Role Designation You also have the option to designate more than one support role.

6 Patient Information Bar Cont. Hover Capability Contact information, Allergies, problems, Diagnoses and Medications. Cell phone pulls from EPM and not EHR.

7 Reports Report Writer The EHR now has the functionality to interface with the Patient Population Health Application. This will allow users to save the values to the BBP which connects to the PPHA. SNOWMED Support You will now be able to run reports based on Diagnosis and Problems.

8 Clinical Reconciliation Module The Reconciliation Module can be accessed through the patient data modules and through the view menu. When launched through the patient data modules you will only be able to view the reconcile for that module. The View Clinical Reconciliation will allow access to all of the data modules. The Reconciliation Module has three tabs to review data. View (CCD), Import (for each data module) and Reconcile History

9 Reconcile Cont. Reconciliation results as well as History will Display in the reconciliation Summary. Once Reconciliation is done click Confirm.

10 Reconcile Cont. Once in the module you are able to reconcile Medications, Allergies, Problems, Diagnosis Codes and Procedures. Actions for reconciliation are: Keep Delete or resolve Add Ignore All actions made in reconciliation carry over to the data module.

11 Problems Module SNOMED-CT is required for MU2 as it represents the clinical data terminology for clinical documentation. New Enhanced Module (similar to Medication Module)

12 Medications and erx Prescription Details Sig quantity will accept a decimal value Sig interval is a whole number only Added up and down arrows for change values Sig Editor (Edit Sig) A new character count was added to track count limit of 140 Free text sig will disable individual elements Remove Sig button delete custom Improved ability for range dosing (quantity and interval as range)

13 Medication and erx Cont. Single Send button for new and renewed medications and the system will determine the route of transmission. Once the send button is clicked a new dialog box is opened. The User can select the Force to Fax check box if they do not want it sent via erx. Functionality to send multiple prescriptions. Check each box of the medication that you want sent. The system will validate each prescription and transmit.

14 Manage Renewals Right click option from Inbox for approval/denial of a single request.

15 Manage Renewals Cont. Medication module pop up will allow single or multi selecting. Manage renewal screen will show demographic and refill detail. Refill count and pharmacy notes are the only items that can be edited. When multiply medications are selected the request and pharmacy detail will state multiple and not patient specific.

16 Unmatched Prescriptions User are now able to add an unmatched prescription to the patient chart by clicking the new Create Medication Entry button. Match and approve request Commit will add to patient s chart and generate a task for approve/deny.

17 PAQ You now have the ability to see and manage PAQ items across practices. Give rights in System Admin select group Operations PAQ View items Across Practices.

18 PAQ cont. You will also need to adjust the Universal Preferences Provider Approval Queue True You will also have to Edit the PAQ Options to include View Across Practices.

19 Additional Enhancements Import CCD XML format only Only one CCD per message Stored in HIE_document table Displays in the Categories tab Vendor Display can now be edited in FM Practice Preferences Order Module

20 Additional Enhancements Cont. Medical Necessity Check This will allow you to run Medical Necessity check for non Medicare Open the Master Payer file in FM Open the payer you wish to edit Click on the Order Module tab Check the box.
