1 A Questionnaire on survey of Problems in Health Department using Data Mining Gaurav Singla, Amandeep Verma M.Phil(Research Scholar), Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, Punjab, India Abstract Today we all know that the problems in human health are increasing day by day. There are many reasons behind this like incompetence of experienced doctors and new diseases. We give some solutions after done survey on problems in heath department. If they follow these solutions they can provide best facilities to peoples and help them to cure from these diseases. It is very important for them to come to know about new human diseases like cancer, TB, HIV, swine flu etc. According to our survey we have shown using data mining that some new diseases like swine flu and HIV is increasing rapidly in these days. It also includes a survey questionnaire which takes all the factors in to count and before starting actual survey a pilot study for this questionnaire was done, which confirms its acceptance. Keywords: Healthcare Services, Public Expenditure on Health, Technologies, Staff, Patients, Work Culture 1. Introduction Enhancement becomes the basic need for Health Department Because Enhancement in health system is solution for patients. It helps patients restore to health from diseases. It also helps in social welfare. The Health Department like DMC Ludhiana, Dr. Balian Heart Centre Dhuri and PGI Chandigarh has already enhanced new technology but some medium level Jindal Heart Institute Bathinda, Rajindera Hospital Patiala wants to implement it. For these Health Department before implementing New Technology a survey of Problems of Health Department is must. Here are some of the bare facts about the lives of our rural brethren: Villagers have no access to healthcare providers. 10% of all babies die before their first birthday. 50% of all babies are likely to be permanently stunted due to lack of proper nutrition. 2. Rise of Lifestyle diseases While rural India battles third world diseases like malaria and dengue, rising urbanisation has led to the middle and upper classes being bothered with developed world lifestyle diseases like diabetes and fatness. A fast food culture, increased smoking and alcohol consumption has led to a rise in fatness related diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular ailments. 3. Factor categories This questionnaire considers all the factors effecting human health in every corner of the world and most probably all these factors are taken according to their suitable priority. It includes major factors and all these factors are taken as questions which can be answered in five different ways (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, strongly Agree) according to which human diseases can be cured. 4. Classifiers According to the factors in the Questionnaire the respondents can be classified in broad five classifiers, these are following. (a) Patients (b) Doctors (c) Administrative Staff 226
