11 Building Professional Networks and Increasing Community Surge Capacity Students receive certificates for the ARC course completed for entry into volunteer record Students have the opportunity to register as official Red Cross Disaster Health Services volunteers as of April 2011 with Enhanced Service Delivery Model Red Cross Chapter builds their nurse volunteer pool and increases community resiliency for future disaster response
