Studentselfevaluationsarerequiredeachtimeaformativeandsummativeclinicalevaluation iscompletedbyclinicalfaculty.midtermandendofsemesterclinicalperformance evaluationsarebasedonclinicalobjectivesconsistentwiththestudent slevelintheprogram andarepreparedbymembersoftheclinicalfacultythroughreviewofdailyformative evaluationsandpersonalinteractionswiththestudent.dailyperformanceevaluationrecords arecompletedbycrnapreceptorsandarekeptonfileintheclinicalareasofallclinical affiliates.studentsreceivedailyfeedbackontheirclinicalperformance(i.e.,writtenand/or oral). ProfessionalDecorum TheStudentRegisteredNurseAnesthetist(SRNA)isarepresentativeofthespecialty,the profession,theuniversity,andtheclinicalaffiliates.themaintenanceofaprofessional appearanceanddemeanorfacilitatestheacceptanceoftheprofessionandtheindividualby patientsandotherhealthprofessionals.itisexpectedthatstudentswillassumeresponsibility forobservingthefollowingguidelinesonprofessionalattireanddemeanor.whileattending classesorlaboratorysessionsontheuniversityofnorthdakotacampus,studentsmayexpress theirpersonalchoiceindress.choicesshouldbetastefulandneat.
