Facilitated the development and implementation of teaching protocols and standardized problem lists for spinal cord, stroke, general and pulmonary rehabilitation and head trauma patients based on CARF guidelines. Facilitated the redesign of documentation on Skilled Nursing Unit based on state regulations. Co-chaired the Nursing Research Council and collaborated with an interdisciplinary research team in the development of a research instrument for use in the evaluation of the outcomes of organizational redesign training. Instrument was pilot-tested for validity and reliability and was implemented. In the joint appointment role with Baptist School of Nursing, responsible for classroom and clinical teaching of management theory and evaluation of senior nursing students in the clinical setting. Coordinated, facilitated, and conducted the Management Assessment Center which consisted of writing summary reports that identified managers strengths and developmental needs. Developed learning contracts based on the manager s needs; coached, monitored, and evaluated learning.
