Main Duties: OT intervention sessions, family centred goal setting, functional (fine and gross motor) assessments, therapeutic listening, treatment plans, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), selfmanagement and social skills training techniques, intensive toilet training, self-help skills training, pretend play, gross motor obstacle course, table-top activities (e.g. writing tasks, puzzles, art, cooking) and sensory integration. Community-based: Chronic Disease Service and Transition Care Program (4 th year placement, 7 weeks). Main duties: Initial assessment, intervention and follow-up. Assessments completed: initial assessment, COPM, RUDAS, MMSE, MBI, shower assessment and ADL screen. Intervention provided: equipment provision, occupational performance coaching, energy conservation and work simplification, one-on-one education and group education (health education, pain management, ADL advice, exercise advice), home modification (grab rails, showers, ramps, stair lifts), compression therapies, exercise approaches, adjunct modalities, MASS applications.
