[2004] Dr. Steven Edwards, Center for Philosophy and Health Care, University of Wales, Swansea spent two weeks at the Center and presented his work on disability. [2004] Ms. Helen Kohlen a doctoral student at the University of Hanover, Germany spent a month studying nurses participation in ethics committees. Dr. Liaschenko s work has been instrumental in Ms. Kohlen s doctoral work.
