1 Tripp Umbach completed an inventory of community resources available in the Ochsner Medical Center - Baton service area using resources identified by the Hospital, the Louisiana database, and online research. Using the zip codes that define the Ochsner Medical Center - Baton (70726, 70816, 70785, 70815, 70706, 70754, 70817, 70814, 70737, 70769, 70810, 70806,, 70818, 70811,70808, 70739,70809, 70714), approx. 69 community resources were identified with the capacity to meet the three community health needs identified in the Ochsner Medical Center - Baton CHNA. (Please refer to the Community Health Needs Assessment Report to review the detailed community needs.) An inventory of the resources in the Ochsner Medical Center - Baton community found that there is at least one and often multiple resources available to meet each identified community health need.
