3 FACULTY Elizabeth Damers, LPC, LSW is the dir ector of case management at the Medical Center of South Ar kansas (MCSA) in El Dorado, supervising the inpatient social worker and case managers. She received a Bachelor of Social Work from Lamar University in 1989 and a Master of Education in Agency Counseling from Southern Arkansas University in She worked in inpatient and outpatient settings in mental health and substance abuse in Texas and Arkansas prior to joining the staff at MCSA as the inpatient social worker in Dana Gullett, LCSW gr aduated fr om the Univer sity of Ar kansas at Little Rock School of Social Wor k in After completing a psychosocial recovery and rehabilitation fellowship at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), she began working as a social worker in the Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD VASH) program. Dana was recently promoted to lead the HUD VASH, working directly to increase engagement with veterans in rural areas who are identified as homeless. Hannah LeMay, LCSW, is a lead social wor ker in the HUD VASH team at the CAVHS. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Social Work in Since 2012 she has worked in the mental health service, after working in school-based treatment with UAMS Medical Center. Marci Rhodes, LCSW is the dir ector of social ser vices and development at River City Ministr y. She br ings a diverse background in administrative and direct clinical practice. Marci s professional experience includes the development of clinical curriculum as program director for Arkansans for Drug Free Youth. She has written and administered grants with various community based programs. As a licensed certified social worker, (LCSW) Marci has experience in a variety of settings which include residential substance abuse treatment as the former director of Oasis Renewal Center day treatment and outpatient mental health settings at Youth Home, Inc., and in a medical setting at Arkansas Children s Hospital in Little Rock. Angela McGraw is the executive dir ector for Women and Childr en Fir st. She holds a Bachelor s degr ee in Human Services with specialization in victim/survivor services from Washburn University. Angela also has a Master s degree in Marriage, Children and Family Counseling with concentration in trauma and crisis therapy. As an experienced domestic violence advocate of 19 years, Angela has extensive knowledge of issues related to family and sexual violence and child protection. She holds several certifications that include expert witness in domestic violence cases from the University of Texas School of Law, a sexual assault advocate through the Arkansas Coalition Against Sexual Assault and a specialized instructor for domestic violence dynamics for the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards. She serves on the Crime Victims Assistance Association of Arkansas; the Arkansas Victims Assistance Academy Committee; the Pulaski County Disabilities and Violence Team; and the Arkansas Crime Victims with Disabilities Project Advisory Committee. Angela also held the position of education coordinator for the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence, which provides training and support to victim advocates and professionals across Arkansas. Annette Woodruff, LCSW r eceived her Master s of Social Wor k in 1995 fr om the Univer sity of Ar kansas at Little Rock (UALR). She has had a varied and distinguished career to include: primary care integrated mental health at CAVHS, acute inpatient psychiatric care, ACT 911 compliance monitor, practicum coordinator/assistant professor at Philander Smith College, local program manager/case consultant-tea Grant with UALR and multiple areas of supervisory responsibilities throughout the Department of Health Services and Children and Family Services programs. She continues to represent the social work field through lectures, multiple-day trainings and teaching courses at various venues, colleges/universities and the National Association of Social Workers conferences. Annette has authored and coauthored publications addressing mass trauma events to include: Effective Mental Health Response to Catastrophic Events: Lessons Learned from Katrina; Bioterrorism and Mental Health First Responders: Training Manual; Mental Health Responders and Pandemic Events: Training Manual and Mental Health First Responders; and Catastrophic Events: Training Manual.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY If cancellations are received in writing after July 15, 2016, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. Registrants who cancel the day of the program or fail to attend, must pay the entire registration fee. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member, the non-member registration fee will be applied. DRESS CODE Remember that it is hard to find a comfortable temperature for everyone in the room; please bring a sweater/ jacket in case the room is too cool for your comfort.
