If you think you need to see a specialist, your primary care physician can help you make that decision. Check this listing or call Customer Services. How to choose a clinic: Select the primary care clinic from this listing that you plan to visit most often for preventive care and annual exams. Then write the six digit primary care clinic code on your enrollment form.
