Adjunct Assistant Professor California Institute of Integral Studies Transformative Leadership Doctoral Program Spring 2013-present. Duties: Co-designing and implementing two online doctoral courses focused on 1) demonstrating competency with literature review methods (comprehensive examination, literature review) and 2) relating current literature across disciplines (ecology of ideas). Provided support to students with relating their area of inquiry, chosen research methodology, and the field of related transdisciplinary knowledge to the literature review process. Students were additionally supported in inquiring with journals about publication process with literature review product. Developed and implemented a dissertation proposal support course for PhD students and a dissertation completion support course for PhD candidates. Adjunct Faculty University of New England EdD Leadership Online Program Spring present. Duties: Worked with instructional design and program director to develop and implement a new Policy in Leadership course for an online EdD program. The course focused on the student s capacity to relate policy in the workplace to state and federal level policies, and formally propose change processes related to these policies.
