12 Affordable Care Act: Health Center Role and Achievements From July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015, health centers assisted more than 12 million individuals in their efforts to become insured. From October 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, health centers assisted more than 4.9 million individuals in their efforts to become insured. Coverage to Care (C2C): educate consumers about their new coverage and connect them with primary care and preventive services. The Health Insurance Marketplace Open enrollment period: November 1, 2015 January 31,
