Provide and improve both general and advanced care that delivers the right care quality care that is patient centered, evidence based, seamless, affordable, accessible to all, leads to improved health outcomes, and sustainable at the right time.

19 Leadership Defined: Central to the phenomenon of leadership Leadership is a process. Leadership involves influence. Leadership occurs within a group context. Leadership involves goal attainment.
