HEALTH & LEISURE BUSINESS UNIT (H&L BU) The H&L BU is an integral part of a business vertical within L&T Construction named Buildings & Factories that is equipped with the domain knowledge, requisite expertise and wide ranging experience to undertake Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects for all types of building and factory structures. These EPC solutions are offered with single-source responsibility, from concept to commissioning. The HEALTH SEGMENT of H&L BU undertakes the construction of hospital projects including planning, design, procurement, installation and commissioning of medical equipment.
