Policy: Appendix 100-A outlines the Evidence-Based Flowchart. All staff have a role in ensuring the success of this program, as is outlined in Appendix 100-B Development of EBCP Initiatives, 100-C Pilot of EBCP Initiatives, 100-D Implementation of EBCP Initiatives, and 100-E Evaluation of EBCP Initiatives. 1
