Reference is to the advertisement No. Admin/Rec./Regular/SN-I & SN-II/2017/ AIIMS.RPR, Dated inviting online applications for recruitment to the post of Senior Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse Grade-I) in AIIMS Raipur. The result of the CBT was declared vide Notice No. 05/01/2018-Rectt.AIIMS Rpr, Dated After the preliminary document scrutiny some objections were raised by the candidates. In this regard, a Scrutiny Committee was constituted for above mentioned post. The Committee thoroughly re-scrutinized the applications of all shortlisted candidates. The scrutiny committee has verified the experience & bed strength by contacting the concerned & through available information in public domain before deciding upon the eligibility of the candidates. Only that experience has been considered which is mentioned by the candidates in their application form. Accordingly, list of eligible provisionally eligible and in-eligible candidates has been prepared and appended below. If any /In candidate has any objection / clarification regarding his/her eligibility, he/she may send their objection/clarification along with relevant documents to recruitment@aiimsraipur.edu.in and subsequently send the same by Speed Post /Registered Post to Recruitment Cell, 3 rd Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Raipur, Tatibandh, Raipur (C.G.) Pin , which should reach the above said address by 22/02/2019. The objections/clarifications received after 05:00 PM on 22/02/2019 will not be entertained. The candidates may also report personally along with all supporting documents (in original and a self attested copy of these documents) in favour of their candidature from to between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on working days) to Sr. Administrative Officer, AIIMS Raipur, Tatibandh, Raipur. No TA/DA shall be provided for this purpose. The objections/clarifications submitted by the candidates will be scrutinized by the Scrutiny Committee and subsequently final result will be declared. Candidates should note that their candidature is purely PROVISIONAL at all stages of recruitment and subject to fulfilling all the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the Competent Authority in AIIMS Raipur if at any stage of their appointment it is found that he/she does not fulfill any of eligibility criteria or conditions or if he/she does not belong to the category claimed or if he/she has concealed or given incorrect information which if known earlier, would have rendered him/her ineligible for selection to the respective post. After declaration of final result and before joining of the candidate in the institute, all certificates which are provided by the candidate may be sent for the police verification and if the same found fake/tempered/false, candidature of the candidate will be cancelled also the legal action will be taken against the candidate and issuing authority of the certificates.
