1 Introduction The purpose of this survey is to assess and improve our respiratory infection control practices in Canada. As an infection control team member, your expertise and opinions are essential to this work. The following survey will take approximately minutes of your time. Once the survey is complete, you can choose to enter your address for a chance to win one of forty honoraria as a token of thanks for your participation. Please note that this survey requires some expertise in Infection Control and knowledge of hospital policies and resources allocated to this service.
