CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your registration, please PROGRAM INFORMATION PROGRAM OVERVIEW The (AHA ASA) is collaborating with regional Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and hospital stakeholders in holding the Mission: Lifeline STEMI Systems of Care and Other System Applications meeting. This program will begin development of STEMI and stroke systems of care in the Greater Buffalo Niagara areas to work with their unique regional needs. Participants will develop increased awareness of and responsibility within the larger context of systems of healthcare and be able understand ideal activation of the system resources (e.g. coordinating care across professions and/or serving as the primary case manager when care involves multiple specialties, professions or sites). The is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
