1 Pay and working conditions in social care: WICARE en_mt WICARE aims to improve trade union information on wages and working conditions in the social services sector across Europe. WICARE covers residential care activities, home care, child care, social work, counselling, welfare, and refugee, community and similar social services. The survey has questions about wages and benefits, working hours, pension schemes, working conditions and work load, labour contract, occupational structures and skills, collective bargaining coverage, and satisfaction with pay. The web survey can also be completed online.
