Road, Tatibandh, Raipur (CG) No. 5/8/2018-Rectt.AIIMS Rpr Dated : RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF NURSING OFFICER (STAFF NURSE GRADE-II) IN AIIMS, MANGALAGIRI ON REGULAR BASIS DECLARATION OF RESULT OF COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT) Advertisement for filling up 16 vacancies [UR-09; OBC-04; SC-02; ST-01] (including 01 vacancies for PwD ) of Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse Gr.II) was issued vide notice No. AIIMS-Rpr/Admin/Rec/AIIMS MANG/2018/0331 dated Computer Based Test(CBT) was held on and the details of the candidates applied and appeared in the examination is as under :- Category No. of candidates applied No. of candidates appeared (including PwD candidates) UR SC ST OBC TOTAL Total appeared candidates includes 31 PwD candidates. 3. After the CBT, objections were called from the candidates on the question asked in CBT. After analysis of the objections following objections were held valid :- S.no. As applications have not been scrutinized with regard to age, educational qualification, category, experience prescribed for the aforesaid post before the CBT, it has been decided to shortlist the candidates for verification of documents on the basis of marks scored in CBT as per the following details: Category Cut off percentage No. of candidates shortlisted UR 62.37% 27* SC 61.87% 06 ST 59.60% 03 OBC 61.36% 12 PWD 35.86% 03 TOTAL 51 * Includes candidates qualified at UR standards 5. The list of candidates (in roll number order) shortlisted for verification of documents to ascertain their eligibility for the aforesaid post is Annexed.

2 6. It has been decided by the competent authority that no Skill Test will be conducted. Final selection will be made only on the basis of marks scored in CBT by the candidates who are found to fulfill all the eligibility conditions for the post after verification of their documents. Candidates who are not found to fulfill the eligibility condition after verification of their documents will not be considered for final selection. 7. Verification of documents will be carried out by AIIMS Mangalagiri as per the following Schedule :- Date of document verification : (TUESDAY) Time of Reporting : am Venue : AIIMS TEMPORARY CAMPUS, FIRST FLOOR, GOVERNMENT SIDDHARTHA MEDICAL COLLEGE, NH-16 SERVICE ROAD, GUNADALA, VIJAYAWADA INSTRUCTIONS FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS Candidate will have to appear in person at the above mentioned address for document verification along with all following documents in Original as well as one photocopy (self attested): List of Documents (Original as well as one photocopy (self attested): i. Admit Card ii. Government ID Proof in original (Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Driving licence/pass port etc.) iii. Printout of application form. iv. Certificate for Date of Birth (Class X). v. Marksheet and Certificate of Class XII. vi. Marksheets of all years/semesters of Degree/Diploma. vii. Degree/Diploma Certificate viii. Valid Registration Certificate issued by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council. ix. Caste Certificate in prescribed format OBC/ST/SC (if applicable). x. Experience Certificate (mandatory in case of GNM candidates). Experience certificate should clearly mention the period and number of beds functioning in the hospital during the period of working of the candidate there. Experience which is acquired after acquiring the essential educational qualification will only be taken into consideration. xi. No Objection Certificate (in case of candidates working in any organization/institute/hospital). xii. Any other relevant documents. Candidate must note that failure to attend the document verification or failure to bring all the above mentioned documents in original will lead to cancellation of their candidature from the concerned post. No representation in this regard will be entertained.

3 9. Candidates may note that short listing has been done on the basis of particulars furnished by the candidates in their online application form. If the candidate does not belong to the category mentioned against his/her name in the result or if any of the particulars mentioned are not correct, such candidates are advised to report the discrepancy along with all supporting documents at the time of verification of documents. 10. As per the provisions of the recruitment for above post, shortlisting for verification of documents does not entail any right of appointment to the candidates. Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions will be considered for final selection which will be made on the basis of marks obtained in CBT. 11. Further, candidate should note that their candidature is purely PROVISIONAL at all stages of recruitment and subject to fulfilling all the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the Competent Authority if at any stage of their appointment it is found that he/she does not fulfill any of eligibility criteria or conditions or if he/she does not belong to the category claimed or if he/she has concealed or given incorrect information which if known earlier, would have rendered him/her ineligible for selection to the respective post. 12.
