As improvisers we work in an environment of uncertainty and change all the time and have learned to embrace and maximize it. This program demonstrates the behaviors and skills improvisers use to stay productive and helps participants practice how to be comfortable with change, communicate intentionally, and take ownership of their part in the bigger picture. By embracing the improvisational point of view, participants change the way they view their workplace and significantly decrease the stress and fear associated with change. On completion of this program, the participant should be able to: Discuss/describe how to: (1) view change as fuel rather than an obstacle or challenge; (2) increase productivity in the midst of chaos; (3) the importance of direct and intentional communication in stressful environments; (4) take responsibility for what you CAN control; (5) maintain your confidence and point of view despite what is going on around you.
