7 CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUND POLICY Cancellation is allowed if written notification is received 30 days prior to the scheduled course, for a processing fee of $50. Thereafter, a $100 processing fee is withheld from your registration. Registration refunds will not be granted for cancellations within 30 days of the course, unless the vacated enrollment is resold. No request for cancellations will be taken over the phone. UTHSCSA reserves the right to cancel a course.
