Northwest University: Leadership Shadow experience between 1/24/19 and 4/26/19 each nursing student assigned to Swedish First Hill takes a turn spending a shift in this observational experience. Northwest University: Per S. Rasmussen Max 4 students per day. 7 students at the site and 3 students will rotate off per day for a total of 7 days 12 hours.
