3 Examples Of Application: a) Postholder must adapt communication style to reflect the context of the situation faced and the people being communicated with: patients, relatives and bystanders; peers, EMDC and Service managerial staff; staff of varying grades / ranks from other emergency services and medical and nursing staff. b) Postholder must respect religious beliefs and cultural differences and communicate appropriately.
